Know what you're getting
Your monthly hours are scheduled around the tasks you agree. Your person is not reserved full-time or available on demand.
Send a message or voice note. Your person agrees when the task will be completed.
Your allowance is scheduled around agreed priorities and deadlines. It doesn't reserve someone full-time.
We'll email the renewal amount and a cancellation link. You can cancel before your next renewal.
Proposed time policy
Actual minutes spent researching, calling, arranging and updating you count toward your allowance. Time spent waiting for replies doesn't.
A weekly summary shows what's been used and what's left. We'll agree an estimate for bigger tasks and check with you before exceeding your hours.
